| This got me confused. Could someone please shed some light into it. I am driving my NA from work today when all of sudden I lost complete power. Engine revved up easily but car wouldnt budge. Luckily, I was able to slowly move out of the traffic way and called the tow truck. Got home checked for tranny codes and pulled the tranny pan off. Thinking the worse, once I pulled the pan off, I noticed right away that there was no nasty metal bits or anything. It looked pretty clean, there was some traces of a coppery looking particles but thats about it. Keep in mind that I recently changed the tranny oil to Mobil 1 synthetic ( 1 week ago ) and added lube guard red. I went to wallyworld and got 5 litres of cheap castrol ATF dextron III, cleaned out the filter ( looked some what dirty but not pligged or anything) and put everything back together. Car runs perfectly fine now. All gears work, change smoothly just as before. I am totally lost here. Can anyone shed some light as to what may have happened?
